All the best quality practices that are followed here at Xynsys are documented for future references and updated periodically. Our aim is to learn from daily activities and create newer templates for quicker and better delivery for tomorrow.

Master of Knowledge (MOK)

Xynsys’s Master of Knowledge (MOK) is an internal forum wherein peers share their experiences and methodologies that they followed to do a specific task while at a project. This forum is used by peers for quick references. Employees are required to contribute to the MOK every quarter during their appraisal cycle.

Process Case-study

Every successful ‘engagement’ is converted into a case study and referred for internal and external use. We at Xynsys maintain a case study repository which helps us show case our capabilities to the customer and also to learn internally.

Process Capability Baseline (PCB)

This is a metrics for gauging the expectations from any process that is followed by a project. The PCB ties all the data and functional points to come up with its projections.  The management chooses the baseline before commencing any project.

Tools Database (TOD)

The Tools Database is a centralized repository consisting of tools that have been successfully used and tested.
